Can I return a style? Yes. We know buying online is convenient, but it can sometimes be unpredictable when it comes to size and fit. With the Golden Girl Guarantee you have complete peace of mind. If you don't love what you've bought, just return your product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price.
How do I make a return? Submit the form below or phone us on 02 9588 6090. We do appreciate you paying for the return postage, but we will pay when a replacement is requested. If you do have concerns about Australia Post please send your parcel via registered mail. We can't take responsibility for garments lost in transit.
What if a style is faulty? This rarely happens but if you've been unlucky enough to receive a faulty garment, please phone us on 02 9588 6090 and we will send you an Australia Post satchel for you to return the garment.
Can I exchange a style? Yes. Please submit the form below to let us know which item you are after, including the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for the item to sell out before your return arrives back to us. We are happy to pay the postage when an exchange is requested.
